List all food items or craft/merchandise products you intend to sell, with proposed festival pricing. You'll only be permitted to sell items approved by the committee.

Terms & Conditions

No Guarantee: This submission is an application only and does not guarantee or secure a vending space at the festival.
Vetting Process: All submissions undergo a strict vetting and selection process by the committee.
Next Steps: If selected, you will be contacted directly with a formal vendor contract, invoice, and payment terms.
Payment: Full payment of the vendor fee must be settled within the timeframe stipulated in the contract to finalize the slot. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the slot.
Feedback Timeline: Please allow up to four (4) working days from submission for feedback.
